What we collect

• Details you send in the enquiry form: name, company, phone, email, site postcode, project details, links to drawings and your message.
• How you found us: advertising and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags, Google click ID, Meta click ID) and the page you landed on.
• Technical and cookie data, only if you accept cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare an estimate: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To measure and improve our advertising (Google Ads, Meta): your consent, given through the cookie banner. If you accepted cookies, we may also send a secured (hashed) copy of your email and phone number to Meta and Google to measure ad results.
• To keep business records: legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the website and receive enquiries: Netlify (hosting and forms), Google (Workspace/Sheets, Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement), WhatsApp notification services, and our email provider. Some providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records linked to contracts are kept for 6 years after the work ends, for tax and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page).
